We’ve been so busy these past few weeks what with meetings with lovely new clients, catch ups with our existing ones and making pretty things for them in between. So busy we’ve almost gone a 2 whole weeks without updating you on the fun things we've been getting up to. Tuesday 23rd was our gig at 93 Feet East with Scenery Chewer in aid of the charity Youth Music. We had 5 acts playing and it seemed the crowd loved every single one of them. The room was packed out for our headline band and we raised a good amount of money for the charity in kind donations which was brilliant. The bands did us proud. Thankyou to them for putting their hearts and souls into it and thanks to our crowd for turning out on such a chilly night. Thankyou to Tiru from Scenery Chewer and Youth Music for letting us put the night on with them and thankyou to our photographers Alexandra Leary and Sebastien Dehesdin, some of their photos can be seen below, but for the full set please visit our facebook album.
On Friday night we went to the exhibition of Rachel Dadd’s “Moth In The Motor” Arts Project as we were exhibiting a piece of work. Cafe OTO was the perfect choice of venue, and all the artwork looked great hanging around the room. I was really impressed with the level of creativity and how different people had interpreted the theme.
And finally ... we have just confirmed our stand at Get Signed Live, a 2 day expo for unsigned bands and musicians. There will be lectures, advice, a busking stage and loads of other great companies taking part. We'll be offering M.O.Ts on your current marketing materials and websites and chatting to you about your ideas. Come along! |
